It has been a long time since we have taken Rachel for a bike ride. Biking is not recommended in pregnancy and Wes was training for the MS150 so we really have not gone with Rachel since last fall. Wes decided this week to take Rachel for a ride with just the two of them while I stayed home with Owen.

Of course, this would be the perfect time for it to start raining. We have had a long drought in Houston - who knew that we just needed to get ready for a bike ride. Fortunately, the rain did not last very long and Rachel thought it was big fun.
In the meantime, Owen took a nice nap.
When she got home, Rachel offered to help Owen continue his nap by providing him music from his soother and a pacifier. She is a very helpful big sister.
