Our Weekend

We had a nice weekend getting ready for Easter next week and enjoying the weather.


We started with a neighborhood Easter egg hunt (really more of a gather...).  Before it started, the kids enjoyed the playground.  Owen is getting so big!

He did a good job gathering up the eggs.

Rachel declared that she had won.  Their section was for kids 3 and under so she was the biggest one.  Next year, she will be competing against the big kids.

Henry just relaxed in the stroller for all the fun.

After that, Wes took Rachel to Bubblefest.  Rachel told me when she returned that at first she didn't like it when Daddy put her in.  He kindly took this picture before rescuing her.

When she got in herself, she enjoyed it much more.

Rachel was very proud that she had covered herself in bubbles.

After that, she enjoyed a hot dog.

Then, more bubbles (it is Bubblefest, after all)

We tried a picture with all three and this is the best we got.

Rachel was happy to sit and hold Henry for awhile.  She loves to take care of the baby.
